Dakota is a 4 year old Cane Corso in New Jersey. She was an Owner surrender due to not being able to afford her medical care. The vet clinic called CCR when her owner broke down because she thought she had to euthanize her dog. Long story made short, CCR stepped in to help with the medical expenses and get Dakota back on track to being healthy.

Her previous Owner loved and cared for her and actually fostered Dakota until she was healed from her ACL injuries. Dakota lives with a cat and gets along with other dogs. As you can see, she has lost a lot of weight since being with CCR. This has allowed her to be more active, build muscle, and heal from prior knee injuries. Dakota is a love and everyone who meets her, raves about her. She is a star at the vet EVERY time she goes.
