Tugboat came to CCR from a Northern CA shelter after being found running in downtown San Francisco dragging his leash by a good Samaritan. Unfortunately no one ever came to claim him and was becoming more and more stressed in the shelter environment so thankfully they reached out to us for help!! A very dedicated staffed member is the reason Tugboat is with us today and ready for a wonderful life with a forever family. He is large female dog safe, he has not yet been tested with cats or kids. Currently in foster but is ready for a family to call his own. It is estimated that Tugboat is 2-3 years old.
