Sugar – ADOPTED

May 26, 2018

Sugar, Sugar, Sweet as pie! CCR really hit the jackpot with this girl. At 4 years young, Sugar has lived with cats, large and small dogs, and very young children. She’s currently in foster care with a 1 and 2 year old! She is just so amazing sweet, we love her so much. Sadly Sugars original family was unable to care for her any longer due to some major expected life changes. Sugar will need to be on a continued diet as she was allowed to become a little too soft for her health 🙂

Sugar – ADOPTED

Dog Description

Meet Molly!! Miss Molly joins CCR from a family who rescued her off facebook to save her from a trip to the shelter. While Molly was a very good girl for them, they quickly realized that it was just too much to handle with 4 young kids. Molly has lived with small and large dogs and would prefer a male companion who has a little bit of energy to play! Her foster family is working with her on basic manners and perfecting potty training. Unfortunately her previous families had not invested much time into teaching her these things. This sweet girl is 2 years old and would love a family to call her own with a dog friend and older children. Molly has not been cat tested. As she has not had a lot of direction in her past, she will need a family willing to work on continuing her training and ensure she knows her place in the pack.

From Molly’s foster mom:

Molly is extremely sweet. Although she is a submissive female corso, she’s still a corso. Her original owners left her in the backyard, so she didn’t have a lot of structure in her life before and we’re working on basic commands and house manners. She’s very high energy and needs someone who is willing to continue working on her training. She gets along well with other dogs, but that’s also largely in part because everyone knows I’m the alpha. She would do better in a household with older kids. Not sure about cats. She’s currently being crate trained and doing well at it. She’s a blue with fawn marbling and a natural tail.
