Why do you want to adopt a Cane Corso Rescue?

We will attempt to provide you with an honest evaluation of temperament on any dog we have to place. Do you realize that often times the complete history of a rescue Cane Corso may not be known and you may encounter some behavioral problems?  Are you willing to work on correcting these problems?

How did you learn about Cane Corso Rescue?

Are you interested in fostering a dog for a minimum of 3 weeks as a final step to ensure compatibility before the final adoption?

Any other information you feel is important in helping us determine if a Cane Corso Rescue is the best match for you and your family:

I certify that the information provided is true and that I have filled out this application in its entirety. I understand that if any information is found to be false or incomplete, my application will be denied without notification. I agree to allow the Rescue Committee to obtain any pertinent information regarding my home situation and care of animals (e.g. landlord approval, neighborhood association information, vet records, home visit, reference checks, etc.) I understand that while the Rescue Committee may contact me via phone or email, further contact is not guaranteed, nor is placement of requested dog. I accept that the Rescue Committee has the right to refuse my application for any reason and without notification.

If my application is approved for adoption, I hereby agree to a mandatory three (3) week foster period, in which time, suitability for both the dog, myself and/or family may be determined. If it is found by myself or the Rescue Committee this is not the best environment for all parties, the dog will be returned to the Rescue Committee and any adoption fees returned to myself. Ownership of said animal will not be obtained until after this foster period. I also agree to enroll in obedience training if required.

In addition, I agree to pay an adoption fee (fully refundable during initial foster period) should I be approved for adoption. Costs incurred during transport are not the responsibility of the Rescue Committee.

I acknowledge that if I am submitting an incomplete application, IT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
